What to Expect
The Refinery is not a conference, camp, or weekend getaway. It is an intentionally designed retreat experience where every meal, conversation, adventure, and quiet moment serves one purpose: to help men step away from the noise and make room for God to refine what has been buried.
You will not be rushed from session to session. You will be invited into a rhythm of fire, brotherhood, solitude, adventure, honest conversation, and intentional formation.

Shared meals are a central part of The Refinery. Men gather around the table for high-quality, chef-prepared food, unhurried conversation, and the kind of connection that rarely happens in everyday life.

Some of the most important moments happen around the fire. These are spaces for teaching, testimony, prayer, honesty, and conversations that move past surface-level answers.

This is not a free-for-all weekend. Experienced leaders guide the pace, the conversations, and the weight of the retreat so men are challenged without being rushed and supported without being coddled.
